I have been working in the company for the past 6 years and the job was well secured. There was fixed office timings so there was no need to work extra hours every time unless the team leader told to do in case of urgent client requirement.The salary hike was based on the performance,punctuality and the behavior with the teammates .Our employer was good and understands the needs of employees in difficult times. Dislikes

There was lack of proper hierarchy between team leader and team members which leads to communication gap. No changes in designation over the years.

Work Details

The work was well and good. Always challenging.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
