The company is well reputed in the market and is known to all the contractors, consultants and clients.

Dislikes

No growth, unwanted work pressure, unprofessional people at key positions, no job training. Superiors do not value individuals strengths. Moreover lot of internal politics which makes people’s life miserable.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
