In that period mask,por kit, gloves, sanitisar ,medicines provide by hospital. One patient exp.in hospital,but after pm it is declare covid positive. Due to our hospital silled for few days. In that period all staff under depression but by management well mentally support.

Dislikes

Due to above incidance flow of .IPD patients are decrease. This situation directly affect on our salary. Reduce the working days & manpower by management with without pay. How we can manage our family expenses.

Monitoring on opd,ipd, security,hk, maintenance,billing,advance,mediclaim, documentation,inward,outward,store,local purchase,mrd,BMW,govt approval,birth&death report,patients feedback, manpower management, multidiagnostic camps, grievance, account

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

work culture was not so good, they used to give burden of work to whomsoever they want, if it is the work to be done by tha pharmacist, they use to give to manager.
