Extremely poor work culture, unrealistic expectations. They will not empathise with you, they will hire you for something and make you work on something else. They will demean you and your confidence, the founder. They think they have hired you so now you are their servant, and can make you work on anything. During the hiring process, they will set really nice timelines and fake promises about how the work and project will shape up and then once you join them, they will show their true colours , you would be doing everything expect written in JD and discussed in the interview I was told it was a wfh job, with once a week travel if required and after joining was always made to travel, 5 days a week. And was asked to shift to gurgaon with the peanut salary. Above all, their HR will make you write reviews on ambition box, Glassdoor, Google , LinkedIn forcefully upon joining, in the first week itself. And if you refuse to do, they will not give you goodies, laptop, they complaint to higher management.
