Female candidates are not given a chance to work on the production floor due to a 1:0 male-to-female ratio in the production department Assistant managers are rude and shout all the time, becoming soft in front of their seniors and changing their tone. Middle management and office peers are over-friendly and found abusing each otherProhibited substances, such as tobacco, are consumed in the production department, and nothing is done about it Monthly training is not done at all, and training for big issues is done verbally without any visual aids There is an absence of trainers, and new joiners must go through all 300+ SOPs themselves Salary is significantly lower compared to the competition Phones are not allowed, but there are no personal lockers available to store them in, resulting in the need to go to the main gate to use a phone Transportation facilities are not provided to new fresher joiners No proper parking facility with sheds, and water collects during rain in the provided area Office supplies are often stolen by employees....Read More
