The project are good but the environment is so bad.

There is nothing that i like in shanaya infotech. In initial days everything seems so good but after some time, the work load increase, salary issue arise, no motivation regarding the work, the boss is like a dictator & they break the confidence of the employee & mental peace is also effected. Work Details

The job was like someone hammer me daily. There is no management in the company. Boss is only the entire body who take all of decision like where a person seat, holiday approvals, and so on. Boss is also using abusing language to the male staff.
