Likes

I love to work here as the employees having good nature to suport the intern and I also learnt to help others. Got to learn from seniors and it was a good start of career. Companies policy are good.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is stopped. I have to work continuously in night shift for 4 to 5 months which affect health. Small politics of employees affect on appraisal.

Work Details

Working here is good challenge as I have to debug the code and Stored procedures created by others and implement it after making changes. I have to be more careful as I amworking on live environment and if the data is altered it will be a issue for client

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)
