SGS is great place to learn full cycle US recruitment process. They always recognise individual's hard work and persistence. There are plenty of chances to get a rapid learning and growth provided one is eager to learn and ready to work hard.

Dislikes

Sometimes you need to stretch your work as per the business need. There is nothing to complaint about if one is passionate and comfortable to work as per the US timings (night shifts)

If you are a fresher looking for Recruitment job, it is good for you. The company's environment is good, you will learn many things here, but the salary is very basic.

Dislikes

There are strict targets you have to achieve. There is no option otherwise. The work hours are atrocious, sometimes you will have to work for 12-13 hours a day if are legging behind your target.

They keep peeking and stalking in your personal life and pass unnecessary comments, always expecting overtime, at the time offer they said it's 5 days working but turned it was 6 days working, changing shift times as per their mood.

The work culture in SGS was very good. All are very ambitious about there work. Getting lot of appreciation from the seniors.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
