If you are a fresher looking for Recruitment job, it is good for you. The company's environment is good, you will learn many things here, but the salary is very basic.

Dislikes

There are strict targets you have to achieve. There is no option otherwise. The work hours are atrocious, sometimes you will have to work for 12-13 hours a day if are legging behind your target.

...nd inspire of good job. they frawn on even 10 min. break out of 11 hours shift. They cut a day pay if you late by 10 min. 3 days in a month

In SGS, your performance gets you the appreciation and everything, you don't have to really speak or ask for anything. Work-life balance, which is the most important thing in everyone's life, is great here.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, but infrastructure needs to be improved.

SGS is great place to learn full cycle US recruitment process. They always recognise individual's hard work and persistence. There are plenty of chances to get a rapid learning and growth provided one is eager to learn and ready to work hard.

Dislikes

Sometimes you need to stretch your work as per the business need. There is nothing to complaint about if one is passionate and comfortable to work as per the US timings (night shifts)

I loved working here at SGS consulting it is a fast paced environment. People are so helpful and always have something new to add to my arsenal.

I like almost every aspect of working here but I am not a fan of rules keep changing for worker..
