The work enviroment here is utterly toxic. The operation and management are nothing sort of disastourous. Too much micromanagement, unpaid overtime is normal and employees are forced to work on weekends. There is zero regard for personal time- standup meetings time gets adjusted in the "lunch break". and atlast the lack of emphathy and well being for the employees. 1) Coordination with the manager is very poor as they are not connecting with the team members one to one basis. 2) Worst work culture and zero work life balance as they are forcing to work in the weekends on a regular basis without any further compensation and benefit. 3) Project targets are basically unrealistic set by the management without taking any opinion of team members as a result have to work 12 to 15 hrs in the weekdays on a regular basis to meet this target and deadline. 4) Leave structure and other HR corporate policies are very poor and not employee friendly. 5) Less HR activities in the weekend - 'Fun-Friday'. 6) Appraisal system is also very poor. 7) Department politics, buttering and favouritism culture is there....Read More

As company is startup company they are proving there self in the industry butbthey are unaware about the work peer pressure in the employees and they set the unrealistic targets for the employee to complete theat employee struggle with work life balance sometimes one has to work on weekends too for reworks and other criteria the employee is in the struggle

SGA is definitely not a great a place to work. all the so called great work to place certification is a sham just to cover lack of leadership and vision creating an environment of uncertainty and mistrust. Long hours and unrealistic expectation were more of a norm than the exception. the entire concept of burnout seems to be alien in this company. working at SG Analytics was stark lesson in how poor middle management and a toxic work culture can devastate an promising company , at least i knew it was three years back. Culture at the company is toxic is least to say. there is a pervasive sense of back stabbing and office politics focused only to save ones position, making the atmosphere suffocating and unbearable, with no growth for personal or professional growth. In short, working in SGA was a disappointing experience marred by poor senior management, micro managing and rude manager and a very bad toxic work environment.
