We learn from our mistakes.SG Analytics encourages its employees to make mistakes and helps them to learn from it. It looks at over all growth not only at professional level but also at spiritual level. It values it employees and respects them as family members. Recently introduced profit sharing plan and group medical insurance are steps towards the same.

Dislikes

We are learning at every stage. Making mistakes makes us more strong. We are learning from our decisions. Some decisions works and few doesn't. We are a growing company so we want to make those mistakes and learn from it and enable growth!

Work Details

I am part of IR group, within IR, Fixed Income and Credit Research team. We do lot of credit profiles, credit reports, cash flow modeling, distressed debt and Macro research. Everyday it is a new learning.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
