Likes

It's a very good company to start your career. SG Analytics employees are really good. The Team members were also good. Overall had good experience and also learned a lot from career point of view.

Skill development - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

For me, there is no cons. No doubt there were work pressure but I learned from that. And also team members helped a lot . So No negative points .

Salary - Bad
Job security - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Overall Experience was pretty good. Able to learn a lot from different projects.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
