There was nothing to be liked about the company. The company policies are based on lies. Theres is nothing called professionalism or work ethics in the company.

Dislikes

The senior management and the middle management all are liers. They dont have any respect for the employees. They just treat you like a machine. They will pay heed to you till the time they need you and the moment they have a backup created they dont give a shit about anyone. The management differentiate between its own employees. They give preferential treatment to one employee and at the same time they do everything possible to make life of other employee miserable. They will literally try to mentally harass you if the things between you and management are not good. The worst people are in the HR dept (they call their staff (who recently got a very decent mid term appraisal) bad investment, they seriously know nothing about HR management. The compensation structure is also very skewed with a high salary variation among the people doing same job in the same team. It is a messed up organisation with no structure in place....Read More

Work Details

Monotonous same old work with little or no variations. Quality of projects is very bad.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
