I do not like anything in this company because there is huge politics in management level. Also nobody bother to take care of employees satisfaction It was worst experience with SEW

Zero operational support from management Unstructured leave policy Misleading In employee salary Misbehave with staff Never do full and final settlement And much more issues

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
