Following things missing or not found in the company. 1) Transparency 2) Ethics 3) Culture 4) Growth 5) Ideology 6) Bye laws 7) Rules 8) Vision 9) Process 10) Respect toward Commitment If company can't afford you then no notice period. HR will say you in evening this is your last day. No job security. No Increment and growth valuation. ( Even your team leader views is not taken into consideration only what Director think its right.) Director will play with your career. If there is any positive rating related to the company (on this platform or other like Glassdoor, Google) then this is malfunction decided by Company .
