Manament is too poor, I want to share some incidents with you to take appropriate decision to join servosys solutions Mumbai branch. 1.our manager manjit do micro management. 2. Not support even own company employee. 3. One of my friend take 2 leave after that one of the day governments officialy declared holiday then that employeewant his casual leave back of that holiday, he was words with another person under manager who take care of employees leave and attendance on the floor but he said u have to reverse ur leave and do mail to hr, hr will take care about ur leave and he reverse his 2 leave because he applied both leave together but after that hr not do this so he has to unpaid for 1 day which is not holiday and he applied leave 2 months ago which is also approved. 4.do apply leave 2 moths ago for diwali 6 months ago 5. Here only 5 attendance regularized and if u regularize holiday attendance mistakaly then manager consider it an unpaid leave. U have to apply casual leave unfortunately. 6.most of the time u r not directly able to connect and mailed to hr and ask something about CTC and hike hr told to your manager and u have to face managyanger. 7. One of the time some of the employee of other locations join icici location at that time they don't know manager so they informed other senior person who manage floar, but manager mark them as unpaid for that 8 days that employee also machine but they don't meet manager so manager mark them as unpaid means how could he do that he knows they got machine they come and sit just they don't interact him he mark unpaid to them. 8. Hr don't support u. 9. Business lead will harassed u asking about kam huwa kya? Kya kr raha hai? Itna time lgta kya? Even manager not support to u. 10. Manager do nonsense comment and said stretch for project but at the time of leave he don't allow.
