1. Company culture is worst also Manager and management is not supported for leaves, personal problems and even not encouraging for leaves 2.Old tech stack 3. Not following any SDLC 4. Not provided training for freshers. 5. After getting tasks not research and all just they want to complete this 6. Micro management like dress code why you are wearing this sandle, shirt and all 7. HR Management is worst. 8. Not getting timely reply from management for your any queries 9. You have to do attendance like school write name and signature in notebook Recommendation: If you are fresher and not getting another job then you can join only for gain some experience. If you are an experienced person joining this company then for sure you wont like the work . The management hierarchy is worst. Taking leaves is not encouraged here, one of.my colleague required 10days of leave from earned leave but they made that person work, only allowing the person to take 3days of leave and this is something really worst. If u take leave on friday and monday it will be sandwiched leave and instead of 2days it will be counted as 4days of leave. No.policy is in favour of employee, everything is in favour of client....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
