If you are an experienced person joining this company then for sure you wont like the work . The management hierarchy is worst. Taking leaves is not encouraged here, one of.my colleague required 10days of leave from earned leave but they made that person work, only allowing the person to take 3days of leave and this is something really worst. If u take leave on friday and monday it will be sandwiched leave and instead of 2days it will be counted as 4days of leave.
