If you are a self learner then you can learn alot as services is an important sector globally. Leaders doesn’t have that mentorship capability. Selfish leader thinking about themselves but not at all for the organisation.

Dislikes

Leadership, no vision, no understanding of work, nepotism or favouritism, self obsession and much to say. There is lot to achieve and immense scope of work in the organisation but a couple of people in the decision making is ruining government money and face of SEPC. Directly or i directly, government is also ignoring. Out 28-30 people including support staff, more than 70% has left the organisation and many are planning to leave but nobody bothers....Read More
