I am a father of two & entering my forties. Two things which are very important at his juncture is family life & prioritizing health. Both of these are well balanced with my work here at ServiceNow. In fact it is always encouraged & respected by my boss & my team. :)

The growth brings in some pros and cons. I miss the small team gatherings because now with company growing at this pace all teams are expanding and becoming bigger and bigger. (y)
