Strict company policy even when you are in some critical condition like high fever and you can't reach office then as per company policy you not giving work from home. But I understand, it is policy, so I don't regret about that, all is fine.

I really don't know what are the dislikes about the company from my side. But I think there is one, the policy of not giving work from home even for one or two day even when you are in some critical condition like high fever, and you can't reach office.
