The reason behind the likes are supportive and collaborative work culture, a good environment for learning new skills, good perks & benefits (i.e. Health insurance provided by the company at 0 cost), on time appraisal and 5 days work environment.

I'm happy to be a part of this company. Team leaders are always ready to help you, great work culture and a proper working environment. This company works on latest technologies and mostly works for foreign clients. Here you can work at your best level as well as discover new things and grow your skill fast. Overall my 1 year working experience was great.

If 'Never give up' is bad thing then this company has this drawback.
