No increment even if you work 11 to 12 hours per day which you will. Company is running solely based on 1 project. They don't have clients at all. The work pressure is high and huge level of politics. If you are planning to get in here. Just don't. They'll kick you out with a lame excuse after your work is done. 2 teams are there.
