Hi Team, I know we're a startup and budget is tight, but it would be awesome if we could do something small to celebrate festivals like Diwali and Durga Puja with the family and friends. Seeing friends get bonuses at their companies during these times makes us feel a little down. Even a small box of sweets or a token bonus would really mean a lot to us. Ahhh, Coming to the straight forward answer, most probably you'll get this everywhere as long as you are working in a Start Up based company, which is "Project Switching". Here in "SentientGeeks" if there is an urgent delivery of a project, and it has some pending task remains ( only just because the junior dev could not finished ityet due to his lack of experience ) you may have to take the hot seat, and you'll be assigned to it for that day, and if you don't aware of their business logic you can have some understanding issue, and that time you may feel some pressure upon you. Lot of different kinds of projects and you get to work on different and upcoming technologies like ai, even with 0 experience. Helpful team leads, assign challenging work but support and help you learn as well. Attending office or working from home is mostly on individual preferences. Working hours somewhat flexible but has to be coordinated with the team.

Wages could be higher with some more benefits. No overtime incentives.

The work culture is exceptional and Management is very supportive. A great place to upskill and hone your knowledge. The company helps to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
