Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SecOps Engineers to work on leading-edge technology projects. The role involves managing and securing IT infrastructure while ensuring seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in security operations, cloud services, and incident management, preferably with experience in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incidents, changes, and security incidents using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Monitor IT infrastructure using tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail, and take proactive action based on alerts.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities within defined timelines.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles.
• Manage user accounts and permissions efficiently.
• Provide Business-As-Usual (BAU) support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in SecOps, with a preference for candidates with experience in the insurance domain.
• Proficient in ITIL and Agile working environments.
• Strong Linux System Administration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, ELB, ECS, S3, Config, CloudTrail, EFS, Lambda, VPC, and AWS Identity Center.
• Expertise in AWS security services such as AWS Firewall Manager, Network Firewall, WAF, Security Hub, Macie, Inspector, Trusted Advisor, GuardDuty, and Security Lake.
• Ability to communicate technical issues effectively across diverse audiences, including technical teams and non-technical management.
• Must hold or be eligible for SC Clearance.
