The best thing about Senecaglobal is the MD -Rao Tumallapalli who is a great human who is equal to all the associate.He allows associate to contact him directly if any big issues.I have never seen a man so humble and nice. HR- HR in SG is amazingly great,very helpful to associates.Sripradha ,Sabnam and Ajay are my favourite people in HR.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
