Good TAG team... competitive compensation for good candidates..

Dislikes

Not so good senior developers and senior leadership team who consider themselves as Architects. They are just good like usual mid level engineers. Hence, buecracy culture can be improved if they willing to... else still the company will do good but new lateral employees will have to struggle.

There was no insecurity job wise and less chances for career growth as team was handled by a guy who gives chances only to his known fellows even though they are dumbs.

Dislikes

They don't think or try to solve problems between clients and employees. Just project client has some issues with us and not even understand whether the problem is from our side or client side.
