Semco is a great company, and i am happy to be part of the team. One area I see for improvement is that sometimes frequent follow ups can feel micromanaged in the workflow.

Management has no vision and the employees are unskilled. Especially the HR Department is so unprofessional that they cant even give you, your salary on time. Beware from going to interview, As HR Head would have not select you in the interview if you are more pretty and smarter than her. They will hold up your salary if you take a leave without telling them. HR department has no ethics towards employee rights. Don't go there for the interview. They call you for the interview and then they postponed it without giving you any information.
