Management has no vision and the employees are unskilled. Especially the HR Department is so unprofessional that they cant even give you, your salary on time. Beware from going to interview, As HR Head would have not select you in the interview if you are more pretty and smarter than her. Do note that all positive reviews are being taken through paid marketing. Pathetic organization with zero value and ethics.

They will hold up your salary if you take a leave without telling them. HR department has no ethics towards employee rights. Don't go there for the interview. They call you for the interview and then they postponed it without giving you any information.

Semco is a great company, and i am happy to be part of the team. One area I see for improvement is that sometimes frequent follow ups can feel micromanaged in the workflow.

Basically it's a lala company daily rules change no fix work no job security. They can fire you at any time without give you proper reason. So beware before joining this lala company. If you have a job than don't leave your job for Semco group they only play with you and fire you at his own will. Yes but if you haven't a job than join this co. As time pass only. Don't take this company seriously
