Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

A company where you're finally listened to. A place where your efforts are recognised. A multicultural space. Regarding job security i would give a 10/10 as far as you don't abuse the Liberty the management gives you ;) a place where your bosse and the founder of the company talk to you n listen to you and take in count your suggestion. You get everything an employee would seem of... Good communication between different departments. People working in here are nice. I can keep on going but i should stop here for now....Read More
