A company where you're finally listened to. A place where your efforts are recognised. A multicultural space. Regarding job security i would give a 10/10 as far as you don't abuse the Liberty the management gives you ;) a place where your bosse and the founder of the company talk to you n listen to you and take in count your suggestion.
