Permanent Work From Home Decent appraisal hike Depends on the team, you would be able to work on the latest technologies

The outdated internal framework in which more than 50% of employees working. New policies after the company became service-based. There are teams with zero testers, and the company has only less than 10 testers in total.

Work Details

Sometimes there is no work, and sometimes it's too much. Its developer's responsibility is to write functional test cases and do all the testing till the production environment. The internal framework is really hard to understand, work, and test.

Management policies updating and not intimating employees, Job security is not good, Mngment mindset is not to retain any employee if they like to depart. Appraisal methodology of Bell curve is not good practice for small companies but here following. People need to work very hard 9 to 11 hrs still recognition only in some team. Top managers need to be changed.

For 2020 to 2022, in my tenure they given 25 to 30% hike based on performance. But some people got 0% hike also. Technology wise some projects uses old tech tack but now they are migrating to new tech. They follow score card which is not understandable. We have create test cases and we need to do all testing work and development work. If any employee who is good performer is leaving they will not try to retain them.
