For 2020 to 2022, in my tenure they given 25 to 30% hike based on performance. But some people got 0% hike also. Technology wise some projects uses old tech tack but now they are migrating to new tech. They follow score card which is not understandable. We have create test cases and we need to do all testing work and development work. If any employee who is good performer is leaving they will not try to retain them. Salary is not aligned with the market. Onsite people knows mostly Italian only. Difficult to coordinate with them....Read More
