Working at SDG was a great experience. I learned a lot and so as enjoyed a lot. Cooperative seniors, on time salary, good teammates and healthy work culture.

Dislikes

The company isn't registered in India. Moreover you need to teach yourself everything if you need growth. Else you get an annual hike of 3-5%.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work was slightly challenging as I had to look after the entire team and projects. I learned a lot during my job period and my efforts always get recognized. On the whole, if we talk about work culture it was liberal.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
