People are so rigid and do not understand the importance of change in work environment and hard to change and management does not like changing the way of working and wants the new employees to adapt to their way of working and work environment and vibes are very dull and not uplifting, needs to change their staff or promote or rehire someone and give newer and younger employees a chance to work with them, people work extra hours compared to the salary they are getting, because their daily work gets over in 6-7 hrs and then staying in office is not required...Read More
