No Job security, they can fire you instantly without prior notice. You come from your home and doing your regular office work, and suddenly they took meeting and told you that you are fired and leave this place right now. And this is not a single time incident, they follow this most of the time. Management is bad. No promotions because they have only one post upper than indexer which is QC.
