Additionally, no health insurance benefits, lack of bonuses leaves some feeling under-rewarded despite their hard work. Concerns have also been raised about the promotion policy, which is seen as lacking transparency & fairness, with some employees feeling that the criteria for advancement are not always clear. Furthermore, decisions are sometimes perceived to be biased toward the feedback of select individuals or groups which create an unequal atmosphere. No Job security, they can fire you instantly without prior notice. You come from your home and doing your regular office work, and suddenly they took meeting and told you that you are fired and leave this place right now. And this is not a single time incident, they follow this most of the time. Management is bad. No promotions because they have only one post upper than indexer which is QC.
