I liked my colleagues. Top position people are the worst.

Dislikes

There is no proper structure of work. Communication is the worst. No senior takes responsibility. Hardwork is not recognised. Sometimes they behave like a school. They test you spontaneously. Rather than doing the work, they get diverted to educate and test your theoretical knowledge. A person who gives productivity is not appreciated. Only who has conceptual knowledge are treated important. A person who has had a proper process of workflow will definitely find it difficult. Disloyal to the core.
