They are not arrange any physical training, about the sales, negotiation for us. If they are arranging the physical training about the product knowledge, stock market training, how to sale the product and other so our team are getting their targets and company will achieve their goals and they become more profitable.

If there's an immediate requirement on the floor, training might be even shorter, and you'll be expected to start working with minimal preparation. 2. System Issues:The company uses outdated software that often malfunctions, leading to frequent system failures. Despite these technical difficulties, you are still expected to meet your targets, even if the systems fail, which can lead to longer shifts and additional stress. 3. Technical Issues with Website & Application: The website and application experience technical problems once a week, which leads to high volumes of escalations. These issues take time to resolve due to low manpower, causing constant pressure on employees. 4. Lack of Support: Even if you join the floor without proper training, don’t expect much help from your team leader. They are unlikely to assist with your concerns. If you escalate this issue to your manager, you’ll be told to change your working pattern, and this may result in your team leader targeting you for making the complaint. 5. High Absconding Rate: Many employees leave the company abruptly because they find it difficult to serve their notice period due to the stressful work environment. 6.
