Very good job security, salary on time. QVP is good. Promotion criteria is fully transparent upto Senior BDM level.

Company is very good but some senior person are pulling down its reputation. Specially in Bhopal circle, seniors like Deputy RM, ZAM put excessive pressure to sell only one specific product. Too much Whatsapp groups. There are too much "Yes Sir" man here. Conference calls and training only conducted on weekends.

Work life balance is average here. Sometimes you cannot go your hometown even on weekends. 3rd Saturday is a leave day here but you cannot enjoy on this day as office remains open. There is provision of 9 days mandatory leave but you cannot enjoy this too
