Our Unit Manager is very supportive and management is also giving full cooperation for mobilising business. During Covid -19, the unit Manager as well management is very supportive . I feel proud in working SBI Life as Life Mitra.

Dislikes

The company should pay commission to Life Mitra's even for the renewal of policies @ same rate as paid at the time of issuance of policy. Renewal of policies premium atleast 5% of that should be taken in the business of the concerned Life Mitra's.

Work Details

My work was better in achieving my targets and I got many certificates and trophies while working as Life Mitra in SBI Life. I am doing the job of Life Mitra after my retirement. I feel quite interesting the job.

It was a good experience... We have learn so many things about the marketing & Business Development.....

Dislikes

There was no proper earnings from this job role.... (No Fixed Earning) It was very much difficult to became a official payroll employee of SBI Life Insurance... We have to spend our own money for transportation expenses....

In my job description is Insurance Advisor....i have to marketing the company insurance products to customer directly on field.. If you generate the business than only, you will get a income....
