The over all work culture has detoriatrd to a huge extent. The higher management takes extremely whimsical decision based on ego and on personal liking and disliking. Frequent transfers and a tendency to put people out of their home locations and compel to work on holidays and beyond working hours.

Dislikes

The vision of the higher management is extremely poor and there is absolutely no motivation for the employees in terms of professional and personal life. The role of HR is extremely poor as they don't have any contact with the ground root level work force. HR is completely dominated by the regional management and and no sincere concerns from employees point of view are addressed.

I had been associated with this company since 9 years and it was like a family where the management was extremely caring, growth centric, but in last 2 years there has been a huge deterioration where there is a complete change of vision from the company.
