It's wrongly behaviour by manager to get money from every employee to give the gift for bank employee and passing own bill arround 25km for 3000 but not passed employee bill which are working under manager

Job security is not thete specially in retail agency.Attrition rate is very high.Targets are much higher than contemporaries. Constant & consistent performance is key to survival. Transfer policy is not fare.Notice period of 3 monrhs post confirmation , in case of seperatoon is also something which is unfair

Not good for honest , hardworking and ethical individual .. RD / RSM behave like dictators , if you bring it the notice of top management they don’t even bother to reply or give you proper hearing ..Job security is not there even after getting rating of 4 and certificate of exellence .. they use probation as a tool to blackmail. Sabotage and ruin careers if they don’t like you or you don’t do whatever they want you to do ... HR is just puppet in the hands of RD ..
