I can't think of any good point to be honest.

It's only good for those who have a lots of connections with them that too those connections who have a lot of money so that you'll be able to sell them your policies otherwise it's worthless for those who have no experience in any field and those who are fresher and want to begin their career. Believe me I've worked here for 3 months straight i didn't got any leads neither the managers came for any help all they'll do is call you and chase you up that what are you doing why aren't you able to do anything you said this person will buy that person will buy your policy but why no one is buying anything from you and ultimately you'll feel like a looser so please don't opt for this job or any policy company if you want to grow in your life.
