I suffer for a year had to work without confirmation and no benefits all because I don't show my face to the head of our dept. 6 times a day and say good morning and good evening ma'am I am leaving for the day or I will not be coming tomorrow maam coz xyz reason, despite the fact I literay have no work with the HOD and my immediate reporting manager is updated yet the all coz I wasnt able to satisfy the ego of the HOD had to be exploited with less salary and no confirmtion for a year....Read More
