It's a great place to work if you are a fresher and you want to get into data analytics. I've come across a lot of feedback that the management is rude and doesn't care about employees, which is not true. CEO of the company Mr. Aditya Apte a great gentleman always there to understand your issues. If you want to kick start your career and upskill yourself i strongly recommend you join Satori.

Dislikes

Honestly, I am not happy with the sandwich policy at satori. Employees at Satori works really hard a little bit of appreciation towards the consultant can help boost their confidence and willingness to work.

Get the knowledge of how cooperates work. Opportunity to handle complete end to end projects. Knowledge about data validation, BRD, Scoping, data manipulation, logic building, cleaning data , reporting. Software used- ACL, SQL, Power BI, Python, Excel. You can learn alot about data analysis. Work from office 5 days . They don not give wfh easily. Sandwich policy. Less salary. No health insurance or any additional facility. No canteen. 95% of the work in satori is of ACL (this are managers words). Advice- If you want to start a carrier in data analysis then go for it . Stay for 2 -2.5 years maximum. Learn and switch. There is no point in staying for more than 1-2 years. This company policy are not favourable for employees to stay for longer time. Fix timing.
