I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. They don’t pay you if you don’t make it through the first month of training. As the training is intense there should be more support especially since it’s a remote setting. The trainers are extremely demotivating. Their way of solving queries is over WhatsApp 🙄 I haven’t seen an organisation like this. This is the most demotivated I’ve been.
