I am working in Sarvaha for more than 4 years now. My Experience has been great so far. Working in fast-paced startup environment was my while I was in college and that has been fulfilled at Sarvaha. My work: I am involved in product developed where I am core member of the team. I am working on Backend and using NodeJs, AWS, Serverless tech stack and solving big data analytics problem. I have learned various skills, code quality, scaling, low and high level designing, building fault tolerant software from scratch. Sarvaha appreciates employees efforts time to time. You will get a chance to work on various problems. You can ask for other interesting projects to work on with other teams. You will learn a lot about tech and professional life in short span of career at Sarvaha. Most of the projects are developed from scratch here. I have been working with sarvaha for more than a year and it's been a wonderful experience. Even while working on a single project you get to use multiple technologies. While working at sarvaha I used Python, Docker, Shell scripting, Azure and SQL. There are numerous chances of advancements. The leadership is really invested in your overall development. I was hired out of college, so being my first job Sarvaha will always be special for me. Been working here for the last 6.5 years and Sarvaha has become a family now. The work culture in Sarvaha is very friendly and cooperative, learned a lot of things from seniors. Guys here are very helpful, they always help you with all kinds of problems and push you for making progress in your personal life too and giving possible help (financial too) if needed. Salary and appraisals are based only on your performance, so this is a company with zero politics. Sharing food on the lunch table, pulling each other's legs, playing games in the office, going for a trek, outstation trips, so many memories. Made many good friends for life here....Read More

I am working in Sarvaha Systems for more than 9 years. So Sarvaha is a secured place IF you are loyal to your work. Sarvaha always appriciate your work and efforts. There is 0 politics here so your raises and appraisals are purely dependent on your performance. Sarvaha also takes care you in your personal problems alot, so that you will be pressure free from personal glitches and concentrate on work easily. I've grown along a lot in the last 11 years being with Sarvaha. Have had extensive opportunities of learning across technologies, Be it working on apps solving complex problems on android, apple, cross-platform. Or working on Machine learning, Big-Data, NLP, Java, Spring, Node, Ext, angular 1.x to the latest one now, Data analytics, Scala, and the list goes on. Also the work done was in small teams, so there is more responsibility, more to learn, direct client interactions, and you also see your work in use and appreciated I have been lucky to be part of Strata+Hadoop World conference twice in San-Francisco in 2014 and 2015 as the product I was working on was featured there. Pay-scale also has been very good, have always got more than what I wished for, never had to ask for anything. It is a very friendly environment, no politics, the company even provides a lot of personal help when in need, financial help, medical emergency, I have experienced it and have seen others get it as well. I have been a part of Sarvaha Systems since almost about a year. My experience here was warm. I've been at some places before, but I found my stop here because of the embracing culture & notion of treating everyone equally and like a member of the family. About the Work & Skill Enhancement: 1. Supportive Team, Leads, Managers & other co-workers. You'll find someone to listen to your problems, doubts. 2. I'm on the Software development team, been at multiple projects and the scope of learning is huge. You're not imposed with something but instead you're given a choice of which direction you want to head to. 3. You're encouraged to learn a new technology on your terms whether or not that's a part of your current work. About Flexibility: 1. Extremely flexible working hours. 2. Sarvaha Systems does not forces you to work from office but instead it's "Work from Anywhere".
