- Globally, Company is the best in its domain, they have unique and state of the art product portfolios which is very interesting to work on, but in indian site it is worst than any small scale unit. - Pick any top level manager, chances are he might be a gowda. - They don't adhere to company core value - Salary is given in peanuts - Appraisal is a joke - And last but not least,It is more of a parliament than a company which means you see politicians than engineers, Join sartorius if you are good in politics/ Gowda/ Just wanna Ruin your mental state. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
