...er, chances are he might be a gowda. - They don't adhere to company core value - Salary is given in peanuts - Appraisal is a joke - And last but not least,It is more of a parliament than a company which means you see politicians than engineers, Join sartorius if you are good in politics/ Gowda/ Just wanna Ruin your mental state. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable , high quality products and has a global client base. As a result , I get to travel abroad especially to Germany.

Everything is decent but compensation is little less.

Excellent for freshers, and professionals with max 2 years of experience. Later there is no growth either career or compensation

Sartorius has a great vission and mission in Germany, but unfortunately banglore plant does not either understand it nor stick to the core values. Day by day local management is leading to disaster due to internal politics and superiority complex. I was part of BPS team which was a great team once, now due to change in management it has touched ground due to lack of knowledge and competency. Knowledgeable and qualified professionals are quoting the job due to toxic work environment, were they are not valued or taken into consideration. Unfortunately HR operations are fit for nothing and become puppets. They do not take any action when a employee complaints on the system or manager. There is something called Pulse check by HR, I would suggest you to stop it if you are not having any action plan from it. Every benefits are reserved only for managers and TLs, down the line employees are considered as laymens. I would suggest German team to look to this immediately before it is too late. People with inferiority and lack of knowledge can destroy the company shortly.

The company works like "fake it till you make it ", business data is manipulated and presented to higher leadership team. The global and local leadership team is very poor in management. Company has no vision and no growth plan. You ask 2030 vision, company has no answers. From 2018 they have set goal for 2025 and till today leadership team has no confidence of achieving 2025 business goals. Older team wants to safeguard their own position at office and remove all new talents. Present team in India has no loyalty towards company and focus on manipulation of company funds.
